No offer to buy the securities can be accepted and no part of the purchase price can be received until an offering statement on Form C is filed and only through an intermediary's platform. Is my pre-order an investment?

No. A pre-order buys the stick and nothing else. Shares only come through the crowdfunding raise, on a registered funding portal.

How do I actually get shares?

Reserve now and we email you when the raise opens on the funding portal. You invest there, the portal handles the paperwork, and the stick ships to you as an investor perk.

How does 5% to 10% work?

The raise has a minimum and a maximum goal. Backers together own 5% of Slice Golf Club at the minimum and up to 10% at the maximum. Your share depends on how much you put in.

When does it ship?

With the first production run. Before that, the lock, the opener and the ground tip go through prototype testing. We email dates as soon as the run is booked.

What fits in the koozie?

A standard 12 oz can.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes. Pre-orders are refundable in full until your stick ships.
